Cox Communications is San Diego's largest cable TV provider. They also offer Internet and phone service. Their Internet service offers some of the fastest access to the web on the market, with speeds up to 25 megabits per second. SDBI is happy to work along side Cox Communications as our Official Internet Provider. Cox has given participants of this program exciting discounts and a designated department to handle all of our calls. Cox Communications has really made their services affordable to those in low income communities. Cox offers 24/7 phone support to it's customers.

Equipment
In order to use Cox High Speed Internet service you will need to buy or rent a cable modem. You can rent or purchase your cable modem from Cox directly or you can buy one at a computer store like Frys or Best Buy. Cox occassionaly offers deals that waive the cable modem fee. Cable modems start at about $70.
