Program Support
The San Diego Futures Foundation (SDFF) values its relationship with you, and offers various methods of support when it comes to the program, website and the computers we distribute. If you have a question or are experiencing difficulties with your computer chances are that someone else is or has had the same problem. This page is a great resource for learning more about receiving support and maintenance on your computer. We have included many of the frequently asked questions as well as tutorials to help you. Please review this page and see if you can find a solution. If you cannot find it here you can submit a support ticket.
How to receive support
1. Please review the Warranty and Help pages.
2. Make sure your computer is registered on your profile.
